No Man’s Land slow dries their jerky in the Old Style, starting with high quality cuts of beef, hand trimmed to ensure a lean product. Each strip is marinated and dehydrated  in a process that takes about 24 hours. It’s definitely not the fastest or cheapest way to make jerky, but they believe it’s the best way.
