Refund policy

Scissortail Gifts has a 30-day return policy.  Items for return must be in original condition and packaging with tags and accompanied by the sales receipt.  Perishable goods, personal care products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.  Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item.  To initiate a return or for questions, please contact scissortailgifts@oklahomahof.com.
