All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive notification via email when your order has shipped that includes tracking information.

Free shipping is available on orders over $50.00.
In-Store Pickup
Pickup is available at the Oklahoma Hall of Fame | Gaylord Pickens Museum, 1400 Classen Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73106. You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready. In-store pickup hours are Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Your order confirmation email is required for pickup.
If you do not receive your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact scissortailgifts@oklahomahof.com with your name and order number.
