Skinny Croc

A little about our roots... My sister and I feasted on the southern cooking that my parents prepared for us growing up. Each with their own specialty dishes, my parents know their way around the kitchen. Passing their talents down was only natural, and we knew we all needed to be on the team.

Our mom, head chef, can perform! There really isn't anything she can't cook. Even though our recipes represent culinary art from around the world, most have and will have a hint of our cajun flare.  We are so proud of our southern heritage and hope you will find enjoyment in our delicious meal solutions. 

Something else that was very important to us in our recipe formulation was keeping the carb count low.  We have all been diagnosed with either hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's disease, and/or arthritis. We each began to watch our carbohydrate intake and began to follow gluten free and/or keto friendly  diet. This dietary change helped manage our symptoms and significantly improved our quality of life.
